How long it takes

Printing and quality checks usually take 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery then takes about 4–8 days depending on your pincode — remote areas can take longer. You’ll get an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs ₹59. It’s free on orders of ₹999 or more (after any discount). The exact amount is always shown before you place your order.

Cash on delivery

• Pay the courier in cash or by UPI when your parcel arrives.
• A cash-on-delivery fee of ₹49 applies, shown at checkout.
• Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, and may be limited on a first order or at some pincodes.
• Because every item is made for you, we ask you to confirm cash-on-delivery orders using the link we email you. Orders that aren’t confirmed within 48 hours are cancelled automatically — nothing is charged.
• Repeatedly refusing parcels may switch cash on delivery off for your account.

Delivery problems

If the courier can’t reach you, they usually try again. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at through the Contact page with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
