Terms of use

Your designs and what you upload

• You must own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, name and piece of text you upload or type.
• Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright or privacy.
• We may refuse to print, or cancel, any order that breaks these rules — we’ll tell you why and you won’t be charged.
• You keep ownership of your designs. You give us permission to store, display and print them only to fulfil your order and show it back to you.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The total shown at checkout (including delivery and any cash-on-delivery fee) is what you pay.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay and confirm the order straight away; cash-on-delivery orders must be confirmed by you before we start printing.
• An online order that isn’t paid within 30 minutes is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
• Colours on screen are a guide; small differences between screen and print are normal.
• If a mistake in pricing or stock means we can’t fulfil an order, we’ll let you know and cancel it free of charge.
